I've gotten hooked on solid rib 16ga repeaters, all 3 of mine have been tightly choked and I'd like something with a little more versatility. I have a M12 and an A5 each with 30" barrels and I recently sold my M37 Ithaca with .022" of choke, so am looking for a M12 (or maybe M31 Remington?) with a 26" solid ribbed barrel having a choke of Modified or more open.
For that matter, if you've got a M12 barrel/assembly of that description and an idea of what it would take to fit it to my existing M12 I'd be interested in that as well.
Not a collector looking to make a boat payment for Dave Riffle, just looking for a clean, solid gun to shoot.

Bump
I have a 16 gauge marked skeet- metal is like new-
It has a Cutts
Long story but when I purchased it like 35 years ago the guy kept the wood to touch up some dings- then he moved without giving it back to me so it has an aftermarket stock
It has been shot less than a case of shells

Gene, please email further details to me at fixedchokes which is my yahoo email account. Sounds like that's most of what I'm looking for as I've got a favorite stock I use on my 30" M12 which will wind up on whatever gun I shoot. A gun minus its original stock is not much of a minus!
