I understand this is a brand new model. Anyone seen or shot one yet? Interested in any first impressions. Thanks!

Saw one at Grand. It felt like a Perazzi. I was impressed.

The Z-Gun itself is not new, its been around for several years in Sporting configuration. The new kibbles and bits to make it a trap gun is new.

Is this a different gun from the old Ritmo model? Had an unsingle long ago but just couldn't shoot it as I had not progressed to a really high shooter yet

We have been very impressed with the Zoli trap single. It feels much like a Perazzi, the overall quality of this gun is impressive. For those who like a heads up shooting position and/or a gun that will shoot to 150% high....this could be the answer! Not to mention its a whole bunch less money than the P gun. Releases are available. O/U barrels will be coming in January. We don't have final pricing yet but I would imagine the total number to.be just shy of $10K.

We have some in inventory with some great wood. All are the Bilanx models with the balancing system. Click on the link above to take a look!

    Thanks

Do a search on the Z-Gun on this forum. It has been discussed quite a bit.
I shot it at the Grand. Very impressive!

I just spent the past 5 hours with Paulo Zoli at NSCA Nationals and their lead mechanic, Emillio, with 40 yrs @ Zoli. Great group. We discussed at length the American trap market and the O/U addition for the trap combo. They have made several "unseen" upgrades in the gun over the past 12-18 months for rigors in the competition market - most which were not needed. They have a winner. Expect good things from their entry into trap guns.
Unsingles available now with combos shortly after the first of the year. Release's available (removable trigger groups). Several fixed and mobile service options. Let us know if we can answer any questions. Doug

Bob, I just checked out those Zoli Shotguns on your website and think you may have an error.

One of your Zoli guns has a 43" barrel listed. I'm wondering if maybe someone didn't transpose the numbers when they put them on your site and meant to type in 34" barrel.:)

    Just wondering.

    Hauxfan!

Calvin, yes this gun is a couple of generations newer than the Ritmo. I have a couple of Ritmo's, one of which is my day-in day-out trap gun, and they are excellent guns, but this Z-Gun is light years ahead.

It at the same level as the DT-10 and the Perazzi guns.

I really liked the Ritmo but just wasn't an advanced enough shooter to realize its great shooting charactoristics...I was still basically a field gun guy and was used to dead flat shooters

    Hauxfan,

Yep that 43 incher' is a bugger to get in the case! Bit muzzle heavy too!

    We'll fix it Monday. Thanks,

    Bob
