I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I ordered some DVDs from franklittleshooting.com over a month ago, and haven't received anything yet. I can't call them because the 1 800 number does not work from my location (Canada). I've emailed them twice but no responses. Anyone have a non 1800 number that I can try.

    Thanks,
    cynergy

DO they advertise in Trap and Field or in the Average Book? You could also try a Google search. JRM

I had the same experience with this outfit a couple years ago, but then you got to expect something when the address is a mail drop and the phone only takes orders.

I never did get the book I ordered; 4 emails unanswered and messages left on the phone ignored. I'm sure not gonna order another one just to see if my bad experience was just a fluke.

I've called US 800 numbers from Canada through an operator.

The problem is whether or not the owner of the US number will accept calls from Canada since it's considered an international call.

First, I am sincerely sorry that you did not receive your DVD's. My post office warned me that they was some problems with the mail due to a postal strike in Canada and it appears that you might have been effected by the strike. I am shipping another set of DVD's tomorrow. Due to customs it could take up to two weeks to receive them. Thank you for bringing it to my attention that the 1800 does not work in Canada. I will modify my website to include my cell phone for my international customers. Good Luck and Good Shooting. Sincerely, Kim
