    I have a Trap Grade Win. 21 for sale. It has 32" barrels with a vent rib. Right barrel choked .035", left barrel .023". Old reblue that was done correctly. Pretty wood with shootable dimensions. Kick eze pad and a spacer were added to get the length to about 14 3/4". Asking $6200 plus shipping to FFL. Please email me for photos. XXbledbetter@ntelos.netXX Remove the x's

    someone must have opened the barrels. All my 21's have a tighter choke in the left barrel????????Fred

    Fred,

    Your guess is as good as mine! All my other 21's are choked tighter in the left barrel as well. I have seen a lot of English doubles choked with the right barrel tightest to be used for driven game, but they are usually double trigger guns. I will pull it out and see what the barrels are stamped.

    On 21's it was believed that the left barrel shot softer than the right barrel. thus the left barrel sometimes had the most open choke. .015 constriction was often considered "Modified" choke. It was either opened up, or ordered that way from the factory. My last one was .015 left/.040 right, and was marked Mod/Full. Value varies depending on condition of wood, metal, barrels,and triggers.
