    SPF Thanks, all.

I am going to sell my 45 caliber IPSC Limited 1911 pistol. It has work done to make it competitive in most games. This firearm is NOT set up for carry. It has a 2 lb trigger, Ed Brown Commander type hammer, Videki trigger, Ed Brown low axis grip safety, non-ambi extended thumb safety, Kingwood grips made for S&A magwell, fitted Colt's Natl' Match bbl and bushing, two piece guide rod, Bo Mar sight, patridge front, custom mag catch, etc.

It is on a Springfield Armory 1911A-1 Govt' Match frame and slide. Every part on it has been hand tuned or fitted.

This was the last 1911 I built when I had a full line gunsmith business. It was built to endure Major power factor ammo, but is exceptionally accurate and reliable with wadcutters. It has a 18 lb recoil spring. The 16 lb is recommended for Mid Range ammo.

Firearm comes with 9 stainless Shooting Star 8 round mags with brass drop weights.

    $800 shipped.

This firearm would cost around $2000 to duplicate today. It is minty, except for a small area on left side of slide that is worn from competition holster. It will feed about anything. I do not remember it ever having a stoppage in competition or practice with a variety of ammo. It will feed empty hulls.

    Still for sale.

I might have priced it low, but there are NO issues with it. I am not going back on my word for money.
