1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

    Depending on his budget- Dave Riffle usually has a decent stock of them.

    I have a pre-64 model 70 chambered in a .375 H&H Mag. I would grade it at around 90%. Real nice solid rifle. Thought I would use it in Africa someday, but those days may have passed.

    I guess a 270 would be too small? I have a 98 percent pre war Mod 70. Had a recoil pad from the orginal owner other than all original. Would love to trade for a trap or skeet gun. all the best. david
