Don't think that Winchester imported TM-1 Specials. Only TM-1's. The specials came much later courtesy of Perazzi USA.

    Am I wrong??

    Jimmy,
I purchased new in Dec., 1980, Winchester Import Perazzi No. 7408. It is a standard (not a Special) 34" fixed full model and it came in the Perazzi case kind of purple leather (?) with green interior. Not real durable but very attractive. It even has a little figure in the wood, kind of unusual for that era of Perazzi, most looked like straight pine, as with Brownings of that era as well.

    Thanks

    Winchester DID import Specials.

They were not called TM1 Specials, but were called a TMS.

I know because I owned one.
