1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I'm a new trap shooter and have decided to purchase a dedicated trap gun. I think I want a combo so I can shoot sporting clays occasionally, but only have $1500-$2000 to spend. Is that realistic? Prefer 32/34 in barrels, ported, adjustable rib on unsingle. What, if anything is available? Should I be thinking of something else? Thanks, Bart Stein.

Very little available in a good combo at your prioe range. Consider just shooting an O/U for all events. Its rough enough just to get one of those for the dough.

A Beretta 680 series will fit your bill and parts are always available for them. There are a lot of combo's out there for that kind of money, but the 680,682, 686, combo's are the ones to look for (very reliable and available). Many brands are cheap for a reason (fragile, no parts available, etc.) Brownings are a good choice too.

    No, I don't currently have a one for sale......merlyn
