1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

This is no help to you, but just last week, I sold an stainless steel Encore barrel in .375 H&H. You may not consider that caliber odd or unusual, but in central Pennsylvania, it sure is.

My son bought a used Encore with that barrel and a 50-cal muzzleloader barrel. He only wanted the muzzleloader so he asked me to sell the .375 barrel. Our whitetails sure aren't THAT big!

You need to check out the guys at Match Grade Machine. They make contender/encore barrels in various calibers from 14 squirrel to 50-140 sharps.

How about a 10 inch .45 Winchester Magnum for Contender/G2 ? Its a handful but will also shoot .45 ACP accurately and comfortably. $190 ppd.

Barry, go for my (posted) .45 WinMag. I have shot more .45 ACP in it than anything . . . and it sill looks like new.
