1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I am looking for a place to buy some screen material so I can build a screen to screen shot, both #7 1/2 and #8. Can anyone point me in a direction? Thanks Leo

I had a local metal fab shop cut some from sheet metal stock. I told them the size holes and they fired up the plasma cutter. Cut a great screen for around 15 bucks for a 12x24. Had 8,8.5,7,and 7.5. They work great. No burrs or anything.

Any chance you could post a picture of the plasma cut screens?

McMaster Carr has all the sizes. I use SS 12X12" screens for my shotmaking system.

I have always been very satisfied with the:

    A T Ferrell Co.

    1440 South Adams St

    Bluffton, In 46714

They have been in business for 135 years.

Their screens are in sheets that measure 53 1/4" X 26", or they can cut them to your size.

I order mine in round holes, but they can make square, also, and possibly other shapes.

The sheets have a solid border of about 1 1/2 in, and a center strip the same size.

I like the whole sheets because I have them sheared to size, and use 5 gal buckets to make a drum that fits my electric mortar mixer. I use three sizes and it fits all MY needs, but maybe not yours.

Their hole sizes are in 64ths of an inch.

I use 8/64, roughly .125, for first screening, or #5,

    6/64, or .094, to separate my 7 1/2s,

    and 5.5/64ths, or .086 for my 8s.

Contact Phil in Customer service and support at 1-800-248-8318, or do a search on Google for A.T. Ferrell Co.

    Hope this helps

    Danny
