I am interested in purchasing or trading for a Remington 870 single shot Competition Trap gun. I have several guns and gun related items available for trade or will purchase outright. Please drop the x's and e-mail with pictures and price. Thank you. Kirby Kelley

i have owned numerous 870's from field grades, to trap, all american grade, and 1 D grade. all great guns. the best barrel on the gun you are looking for is when they first came out, they had thicker barrels, before they started coming out with choke tubes. if you can find one without choke tubes, buy it!!
it will be the hardest hitting barrel you can find.

Thanks for all the help and advice guys. I am still looking so if anyone knows of or hears about any for sale I sure would appreciate you letting me know. The one at Cabela's was sold even though it is still on their site. Kirby

I have tried to reach "Captin" and "oldolliedog" twice now via e-mail without an answer, so I thought I would try here again. To both of you, I never saw your posts or e-mails regarding the guns you have for sale. I am very interested in purchasing an 870 Comp and if one or both of you will contact me at kelleyspc@charter.net or 541-672-6847 we would be able to work on a purchase. Thanks again to all of you who gave me the tips on where you had seen or heard of one for sale, unfortunately they were either already sold or I have been unable to reach the owners. Regards to all. Kirby Kelley
