Why the change? You should be able to adjust with you comb.

Joe? or Arch? I saw your thread a couple days ago and remembered that you said you couldn,t get it LOW enough. Are you aware that you can put a horseshoe shaped shim between the stock and the receiver at the top half that will lower it depending on the thickness of the shim. A thin piece of aluminum about 1/32 thick will probably lower the drop at comb about 1/8 in. You should file the "legs" of the horseshoe so that the shim is thinner at the bottom than the top. I did that with mine and it works well. Tom B

Tom I was thinking of even taking a small bit off the stock itself to change it.

You might trade and get a higher one. Rasp the comb a little if it's high. If you must trade Hamples has a few 90-t stocks.

Great gun shop in Traverse City, MI. I know he has about 6 different 90T stocks, he's been looking or a LH one for me. You can find his trailer at any MTA shoot at Mason, he also pulls it down to the Cardinal Center in Ohio. You can reach him at 231-946-5485, Karl is a great guy to work with.

    jmbi,

There's no such thing as a factory LH 90-T stock. All of the wood was generally "no cast".

If a buttstock did have cast for a RH'r or a Lefty, then it had the inletting altered to allow the stock to move left or right.

Easy to get off without destroying wood If you have a small amount of mechanical ability and manners.

You'll need a long 3/16" allen wrench to loosen the stock bolt and remove the buttstock.

You may have to remove the kickeez pad to access the bolt.

    GunDr,

It's nice to have a gunsmith that takes time oneline to answer questions and problems that come up.

    Thanks
