1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

    I am looking around for a decent pre-64 Model 70. I would prefer a .257 Roberts. However, I would consider a .243 if the price is right. However, I am open to considering any pre-64 that is in decent shape. Thanks Ed

    I was just at the Erie Sports Store and they had a model 70 in mint condition in 225 cal.. They are asking for $575. Their phone # is 814-866-0200.

    That is not a "pre-64". Unless rebarreled to an older action.

    Whenever I see MIM (metal injection molding) I can't help but think "made in Mexico". The bean counters have ruined another great company.
