1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.
  2. Attention: We have put together a thread with tips and a tutorial video to help with using the new software. Please take a moment to check out the thread here: Trapshooters.com Tutorial & Help Video.

When talking about shooting glasses it is forbidden to use the words cheap and Prescription in the same paragraph.

Your penance will be 4 intentional misses on your next 100.

Several companies that make safety glasses appropriate for shooting have empty insert frames available that you can fit with your own prescriptions lens. The inserts fit behind the main safety lens. I have used them for several years with no problems.

If you prescription changes, you don't have to replace the main safety lens.

Conneticut shotgun manufacturing company has a 13 lense set for around 100.00. I use them and they are good glasses. Just go to their website and you'll find them.

I use a pair of inserts for prescription lens. There made by Radians specifically for their shooting glasses. Used them for years. I had the lens put in the insert by my optometrist. There's also a company called Revision. They make the same thing.

You can see their products on the web, but you may have to call about the inserts. For some reason, most people don't know they exist.

If this information doesn't work for you, contact me with a PM.
