1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

    Hello,

I am looking for an Anschutz 1710D Classic heavy stainless barrel 22 Long Rifle manufactured between 2000 and 2003. These were likely imported by Tristar in early 2000. Just to be clear, I am not looking for the 150 year anniversary model.

If anyone has one in great shape that they would consider parting with let me know what you have and price.

    Thanks, John E.

They made them, were stainless H barrel. Will cost you $2,000+ when you find one.

    Gene,

It was just a stainless heavy barrel. They were manufactured and imported between 2000 and 2003. I have one in .22 Hornet (1730 model). It won't shoot 35 grain ammo or anything lighter but it does great with 40 grain bullets and heavier. Anschutz also made stainless heavy barrel models in .222 Remington as well. I

Toolmaker, I would just like to find one for sale, I expect it won't be cheap.
