1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Don,
I have two sets of wood for a Bowen, both stocks have a soft comb. Are you looking for a stock with a GraCoil or something like that?

I am open to other options, please send pics of what you have but I would prefer a Soft Touch (the sliding comb).

Don, FYI only - I had a softouch and it drove me crazy with the clanging sound of the spring or whatever is in there. I suggest the Bump Buster, it is quiet

I have shot with a Soft Touch for many years and it is my preferred recoil reducer. Thanks for the info.

To cubancigar2000 who hates the "clanging sound of the spring or whatever is in there" on the SoftTouch recoil reduction system:

You can eliminate this clanging sound by taking apart your SoftTouch system and cleaning it with a silicon based lubricant. Then wrap a single layer of duct tape around the spring and re-assembling the SoftTouch. A copy of our care and maintenance instructions can be found on our website on the SoftTouch Recoil Reduction page.

    Thanks

B.C. as ALF said it is bigger but it will go on. I actually bought a Sietz Stock w/a Soft Touch just to try it. I bought an absolutely beautiful one that I would sell for $995.00 w/forend.
