Seminole used to sell one- I have one of those- it folds into a suitcase size with large wheels

You might want to call them

Mine holds 2 guns and a 5 gallon bucket and a other items around the edge

    regards from Iowa

I don't know about locking, but Rugged Gear sells a nice fold up cart.

You can find the rugged gear one at the website with the same name. www.ruggedgear.com/main.html

Me and a friend each bought one to use at state. Worked great. Cannot see going to any more shoots without one.

I have one of the Seminole carts that fold up into a suitcase, that I would sell for $150, plus shipping. They are all aluminum plate and are heavy duty. Drop off XX's in email. Ron

    Earl,

Folds up like a stroller. Shouldn't be a problem with carry on luggage.

The full cover is nice when it starts to rain. Keeps everything reasonably dry.

    bkms,

If you are talking about brake locks, it has those. No provisions to lock the gun to the cart though.
