1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Hi,
I'm looking for a 38 Special crimp die. I have a older 357Mag die set, I can load 38 and 357 with it, but just can't crimp the 38s. Thought somebody might have a 38 Special crimp die they no longer needed that I could buy.

If all else fails.. You can buy the Lee die for about $10.00 or less.. Do you want a roll crimp.. or taper crimp.. Since all you are using is the top of the die.. a machine shop.. or anyone with a lathe could shorten the 357 die to work with the 38 Special.. Most work on both..

Big Bore: Great idea... I thought, I tried the shortening idea, didn't work (not with our lathe and cutting tools anyway)... the die is hardened. All I did was polish it (hehe).

EE: Midway is the next stop if someone don't have one they want me to have :)

    Thanks,

Not doubting your problem but I have a couple sets of 38/357 dies from as far back as the late fifties and all will crimp 38s. If you have not found a crimp die by now, let me know and I'll look and see if I have a spare.
