Did Remington make a 32 inch trap barrel for an 870? Would like to have one if anybody has one they would like to sell. Prefer fixed full choke but will consider choke tube barrel.

There were, in fact, some 32" bbls made for 870s, but they were not bona fide trap barrels. There were some 870 3" magnum barrels in 32" that were specially made for some of the Ducks Unlimited commemorative models during the 1970s and 80s. They came with fixed, full chokes and I would imagine, some have been used to shoot trap with.

There were, bona fide trap models in 30" to present day and the 34" to about 1981 or 1982 for both 870 and 1100 bbls

Have a 32" barrel for my 1100 and it smokes targets, points great and swings well. Just thought I would try my 870 with one. Maybe one will turn up.

I have one of the DU commemoratives in 3" mag with a trap stock and forend. Fixed, full choke, 32" barrel. Can't seem to hit with it, but a neat gun. Best Regards, Ed
