1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

If it doesn't work out, let me know you still need some dies; I've got a set I'll never use. I was under-impressed with the caliber. AJ

Found just the opposite to be true AJ! Forget the manuals/books as most loads listed were very soft due to the high number of "great" mausers converted to this caliber! I loaded a 22" barrel in modern rifle to 3000+ with 120 grn bullets and absolutely no pressure signs! Tom Rhoads

Great cartridge,it does more with less......less recoil, less muzzle blast, less wear, and tear on barrel(throat errosion)than the magnums, and '06 sized cartridges. The 257 is a VERY good killer of deer sized game, and is a devastating varmit round as well with the proper bullets. It has done all I ever ask it to do,and has done it with authority.....DRT......
