I was just wondering if you were shooting a 12 gauge with a shell that is 1200 feet per second if the distance of your lead would be the same if you were shooting say a 410 with a shell at 1200fps at the same target? Or since there is less shot in the 410 would it slow down and lose energy at a faster rate therefore making you increase your lead? I figure some of the skeeters could answer this. Thanks Huntinandhotrods

Huntman, You know the real answer even before you ask!!! Stop over thinking shooting a moving target. Yes same lead, same everything, nothing changes. You shoot all 4 gauges exactly the same. The small guages will only effect your mind if you let it. Break-em all. JEff

During our hunter safety class we show the students what the difference is in shooting a cabbage with a 12 ga and a 410 at about 16 yards.

Good hits from both will result in total destruction of the cabbage.
