No question Obama. He is the first communist president and the first president elected that hung around with radicals who hate America. He has spent more money than every other president combined and will leave us with a debt that can never be paid back. Before he is finished he will destroy our economy, our military and our freedom. We are only now beginning to know what a huge mistake we have made. We have to quit letting the Northeast and the West Coast pick our presidents.

When I see Carter ranked 22 out of 40 and all who ranked were democrates I say disregard everything listed.
I have faith in Obama, someone will get paid to list him well, "long live the revolution"

must be talking about bumbling Joe Biden, the idiot VP who has committed more gaffs then hussein cares to cover up. More gaffs then the last 10 VP's combined. Sarah Palin makes him look like a complete buffoon.

ARE YOU F-N KIDDING ME!!!!!! Don't even mention GW Bush in the same breadth!!! All of this went bad when the Dems took over the House and Senate...There is more character in what Bush left in the toilet this morning than Obama has in his entire communist narcissistic body!!!!

Barack Obama is on track to have the most spectacularly failed presidency since Woodrow Wilson.

In the modern era, we've seen several failed presidencies--led by Jimmy Carter and LBJ. Failed presidents have one strong common trait-- they are repudiated, in the vernacular, spat out. Of course, LBJ wisely took the exit ramp early, avoiding a shove into oncoming traffic by his own party. Richard Nixon indeed resigned in disgrace, yet his reputation as a statesman has been partially restored by his triumphant overture to China.

George Bush Jr didn't fail so much as he was perceived to have been too much of a patrician while being uncomfortable with his more conservative allies. Yet George Bush Sr is still perceived as a man of uncommon decency, loyal to the enduring American character of rugged self-determination, free markets, and generosity. George W will eventually be treated more kindly by historians as one whose potential was squashed by his own compromise of conservative principles, in some ways repeating the mistakes of his father, while ignoring many lessons in executive leadership he should have learned at Harvard Business School. Of course George W could never quite overcome being dogged from the outset by half of the nation convinced he was electorally illegitimate -- thus aiding the resurgence of the liberal wing of the Democratic Party.

But, Barack Obama is failing. Failing big. Failing fast. And failing everywhere: foreign policy, domestic initiatives, and most importantly, in forging connections with the American people. The incomparable Dorothy Rabinowitz in the Wall Street Journal put her finger on it: He is failing because he has no understanding of the American people, and may indeed loathe them. Fred Barnes of the Weekly Standard says he is failing because he has lost control of his message, and is overexposed. Clarice Feldman of American Thinker produced a dispositive commentary showing that Obama is failing because fundamentally he is neither smart nor articulate; his intellectual dishonesty is conspicuous by its audacity and lack of shame.

But, there is something more seriously wrong: How could a new president riding in on a wave of unprecedented promise and goodwill have forfeited his tenure and become a lame duck in six months? His poll ratings are in free fall. In generic balloting, the Republicans have now seized a five point advantage. This truly is unbelievable. What's going on?

No narrative. Obama doesn't have a narrative. No, not a narrative about himself. He has a self-narrative, much of it fabricated, cleverly disguised or written by someone else. But this self-narrative is isolated and doesn't connect with us. He doesn't have an American narrative that draws upon the rest of us. All successful presidents have a narrative about the American character that intersects with their own where they display a command of history and reveal an authenticity at the core of their personality that resonates in a positive endearing way with the majority of Americans. We admire those presidents whose narratives not only touch our own, but who seem stronger, wiser, and smarter than we are. Presidents we admire are aspirational peers, even those whose politics don't align exactly with our own: Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Harry Truman, Ike, Reagan.

But not this president. It's not so much that he's a phony, knows nothing about economics, is historically illiterate, and woefully small minded for the size of the task-- all contributory of course. It's that he's not one of us. And whatever he is, his profile is fuzzy and devoid of content, like a cardboard cutout made from delaminated corrugated paper. Moreover, he doesn't command our respect and is unable to appeal to our own common sense. His notions of right and wrong are repugnant and how things work just don't add up. They are not existential. His descriptions of the world we live in don't make sense and don't correspond with our experience.

In the meantime, while we've been struggling to take a measurement of this man, he's dissed just about every one of us--financiers, energy producers, banks, insurance executives, police officers, doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, post office workers, and anybody else who has a non-green job. Expect Obama to lament at his last press conference in 2012: "For those of you I offended, I apologize. For those of you who were not offended, you just didn't give me enough time; if only I'd had a second term, I could have offended you too."

Mercifully, the Founders at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 devised a useful remedy for such a desperate state--staggered terms for both houses of the legislature and the executive. An equally abominable Congress can get voted out next year. With a new Congress, there's always hope of legislative gridlock until we vote for president again two short years after that.

Yes, small presidents do fail, Barack Obama among them. The coyotes howl but the wagon train keeps rolling along.

George W Bush by far was the most inept person to be president. Here in Tx most of the GWB bumper stickers dissappeared halfway through his second term.He was so clueless on the economic state of the country, that most people getting ready for retirement lost 50% of their retirement accounts. And many may never retire early. JIM

"A Yonkers, N.Y., councilman whose home was bombed nearly four decades ago by the Weather Underground says Barack Obama should know better than to associate with the domestic terror group's co-founder, Bill Ayers.

"Barack Obama constantly says, 'I was only 8 years old when this happened.' That's kind of his throwaway line," John Murtagh told FOX News Thursday morning.

"I'm not questioning what Barack Obama was doing when he was 8 years old. I'm questioning his behavior as an adult to choose his friends, mentor and longtime personal and professional colleague."

Murtagh discussed the 1970 bombing as John McCain's campaign put renewed focus on Obama's ties to Ayers, who lives in Chicago and is an education professor at the University of Illinois.

Murtagh, whose father was a New York Supreme Court justice when his family's home was targeted, put out a statement on behalf of McCain's campaign Wednesday claiming "Barack Obama's friend tried to kill my family."

Obama has said his relationship with Ayers did not extend beyond serving with him on an education board in Chicago. He has condemned Ayers' Vietnam War-era attacks, and his campaign has said Obama did not know of Ayers' radical past when Ayers held a campaign event at his home for Obama in 1995.

But Murtagh cast doubt on the narrative out of the Obama campaign, saying it would make the Democratic presidential candidate "the dumbest man that ever graduated from Columbia and Harvard Law School" if he didn't initially know about Ayers' past.

Murtagh also alleged that Obama's ties to Ayers probably go back earlier, since Ayers' wife, Weather Underground radical Bernadine Dohrn, at one point worked at the same firm where Obama's wife, Michelle, worked.

"The Weather Underground launched an attack on our family home ... looking to kill us," Murtagh told FOX News. "I believe if the senator were to come clean and tell us the full story, we'd find out this relationship well predates the fundraiser held in the Ayers home. It goes back to the '80s."

This country will rue the day it elected socialist hussein. Evil, is an accurate description.

I have a few old Army buddies from the south who'd prob'ly rate Abraham Lincoln as the "Worst President in History".

Personally, I'd rate G W Bush as the BEST President of my memory & that goes back to Truman..........Title of "most over-rated" is a toss-up between John Kennedy & Ronald Reagan.

Carter had the honors all sewed up and then on about day 3 of BO's reign he passed old Jimmy at 100 MPH and never looked back. That's probably the only reason Jimmy voted for BO, it was the best way to take himself out of the lead.

The current rankings look like this.

    #1 by a landslide - Barack......
    #2 from geooorgaa - Jimmy C......
    #3 - FDR

Historically, if we don't become a communist nation as our current administration, congress and the Supreme Court is heading, W will be written as a good wartime president. His record at stopping Alqeda nearly dead in it's tracks as it relates to their direct attacks on the US and confining the war to the Middle East will go down as his crowning achievement. It will be recorded that the economic woes W faced were his inability to reverse the Clinton administration's mishandling of the lending industry and the poor guidance of Barney Frank's banking committee.

Barry, good. I can't believe more people don't have Clinton on the list after the U.S.S. Cole , Nafta, Randy Weaver, Waco, and Glass-Steadman debacles.

And of course the Blue Dress dance.

Obama wants to be the leader of the United States in a Post-America world of his making.following the directives of his New World Order masters, and working the Cloward-Pivens Strategy (that broke New York City) like a fiddler at a square dance.

The sheep think this is merely a shearing. Unfortunately someone has mutton on the dinner menu this time.

James Buchannan, who said "I am the last president of these United States" was my choice for most incompetent chief executive, until now. This current president seems determined to tear apart the fabric that makes us "United" States and replace it with an all powerful ony party federal government that
will remain in power as long as there are wealthy citizens to take wealth from and buy votes. I believe that this president and his supporters have nothing but contempt for our country, its Constitution, and those citizens who have made something of themselves without any help from "government".

Rimfirejim,,,,GW had very little to do with your losing your money,,,,first blame has to come on you,,,,the DJIA was at 14,000+ during his tenure,,,,did you take profits off of the table, or were you greedy and "let it ride",,,,the debacle of Lehman, Fannie and Freddie were spearheaded by the dumbs,,,,GW and McCain BOTH brought warnings of these, but YOUR beloved dumbs, said there was nothing wrong....

You want to, "waiting four years and seeing what this guy in does . Rimfire JIM". Well you may not have anything left,,,,sure hope you are not planning on have a GOOD medicare plan when you hit 65.....
