WOLF primers and shot shells

    Anyone get a chance to use wolf 209 primers yet? Any data out? Has anyone shot there factory 12g loads?

    Have not used the primers as of yet, but I do like the shell. I would rank them as number 2 in my book, right behind STS's. Depending on what you want, I feel they are a nice soft shooting shell. Wish I could fing them in Texas.

    Would like to see them in MA. right now im very discouraged with the lack of supply/info on shops and supplies. I guess I picked a bad time to start reloading. CGS syndrom right now.

    Well, I know they sell them in NH. That is where I got hooked on them.

    My intrest is more in the primers. Would try the shells also. Remington primers are just not to be found in my area. CCIs are drying up. looking for alternative.

    I know this is a thread about primers, but..... I needed to respond to the shell issue. I have not patterned them, but I shot about 100 flats in the last 2 years and just bought another 100. They are super shells. I shot 698 out of 700 singles in one day with 1oz of #8s. DAMN SHELLS MISSED 2.

    I have been told the wolf primer is the same russian primer that was previously packaged as PMC`s. I have used a LOT of PMC`s with no problems.
