Witness 45 acp pistol help------------------------

    I was given a Witness 45-acp 45 Auto pistol in mint condition.......No paperwork or other info.......I need info on how to take down this pistol for cleaning, etc.......Thanks.......Pete

    Have had one for years, .45 with the stainless finish. Have never had a ftf, accurate and a great trigger. Watched a match recently that some Europeans shot and they shot the Witness guns. Popular overseas. You got a good one and easy to strip and clean. Have fun.

    Thanks bluedevil.......I just got back from the range.....This pistol shoots as well as my Kimber & Sig - 220.......And it has a better trigger.......Whew!!! Was I surprised...... I have another great 45 ACP.............Pete

    Pete, these Witness guns are almost copies of the CZ guns and they have the 9's,.40's and .45's in full size and compact. If I go for more I will probably go for CZ because of ease of parts and factory support. Just my .02 worth, good luck and have fun.
