When our club has voice call problems I find that its related to low battery voltage. When I check the voltage of the used battery's they show approx 7v DC.It doesn't seem to be that low for the failure to occur. We have a Outers wireless system. Anyone have any tips to extend service?

Are you using alkaline batterys? How long will fresh batterys give you? I would guess you're using 9v batterys, 7v might be too low a voltage to work with the system. Why not check with Outers and see what they say about useable battery voltage. Does the system have an auto shut off feature to save batterys?

if you can find a li-lon battery that will fit, they hold a charge longer than any battery I've ever used before.

    thanks
