I am asking this on behalf of a guy at work who has an original Hydracoil stocked M12 Trap Gun.

He wants to replace the "inards" of the Hydracoil.

I seem to recall a dim memory that is some years old, that some outfit was offering a replacement.

Has anyone heard of a source of these?

My guess it would be cheaper to sell the Hydracoil and get another stock.

These Hydracoil stocks are bringing ungodly prices.

For what he can get out of it, he can buy two stocks.

Parts are also out of this world if he can find them.

That's a good question for Phil Ross. He used the same combo for 50 years. That is, M-12 and Hydracoil.

G-squared made drop in air fill units to retrofit original Hydro-coil stocks. I bought the last 2 they had about ten years ago. At the time they had no plans to make any more. Try them first, then A call to Joe Shiozaki of JS air cushion as he may have some left. Jack Docwiller may have new original units. I have also taken them apart and cleaned them , then placed a spring inside the chamber to eliminate the chance of oil leakage in the safe and very satisfactory similar recoil. Jeff

I believe Michael at G-Squared can do it for you. They advertise in several magazines and have a web site. Bob

Ed Sowers used to supply me with Hydracoil parts, but I don't believe he's around anymore. If you happen to find out, someone who may know, where to find these parts, please let me know. Thanks!

    Regards,Phil Ross

Guys, do whatever you want; as I said in my post, the question was for a guy at work who isn't into internet forums, he's the M12 guy, as my screen name suggest, I mostly shoot those nasty products of Big Green ;)

I appreciate the answers on the potential sources of parts, all I can do is pass them on to the owner and he can decide what to do.
