I need to know if a beretta 687EELL stock will fit a 682 sporting receiver or possible a pro onyx.
    Thanks

Is it a Beretta catalogue EELL or one of the Joel Etchen EELL's? If it is one of the J.E. EELL's, then yes ( no sideplates ). If it is a Beretta catalogue EELL, then no because they have sideplates. It's a little confusing, and I hope my explanation didn't make it worse.

Yes and yes. You may have some minor fitting to do, but 682, 686 and 687 series Beretta stocks will interchange for the most part. markc2

It will fit, but there will be a lot of wood missing that the sideplaces on a 687 EELL would normally cover up. Not a good idea.

The Joel Etchen guns are not 687 EELLs. They are 687 Silver Pigeons w/ EELL grade wood.

    Ian,

It will look like Jim Carter's 682. Bill Malcolm

Jim Carter is the Chief Referee from Ontario and usually shoots with John Bratty. He has a 682 with a 687EELL side plated stock on it. Bill Malcolm

Oh, gotcha. Don't think I've ever seen him shoot, but I recognize the name now.
