    Hi,

Does anyone know if the new 1100 choked 28 gauge barrel will fit the older style 1100 28?

    Thanks,

    Jim

28ga was only made in one frame, the LW, to the best of my knowledge.

I have a fairly new 28 ga 1100 that came with a fixed barrel and I bought a used barrel choked skeet and it fit without any problems.

    Jim,

Skeet Man is correct. Unlike the 20G that has the Standard, LT and LW receivers (and barrels) the 28 is/was made only in 1 receiver size. I had both old and new 28's until I sold the new one and I used the barrels interchangeably with no problems.
