Last Saturday morning my brother-in-law was running a fawn bleat call here in the Florida Panhandle and this big male coyote comes running in with a half-eaten fawn in his mouth. A .270 got him. I guess he was still hungry.

And that's exactly why I hunt coyotes. They are very hard on fawns, both deer and antelope.

    My favorite varmint to hunt.
Deer bleat and injured crying rabbit calls make them come to you.
If you use "Coyote in Heat" urine they will come running to you.
    Its almost to easy.

    Brian,

If you just remove the food source, all your problems go away.....

Wait a minute, I don't think that will work in this case either.

Gonna have to re-think this one.

    LOL

Sean and I have been trying to remove a couple of food sources since opening day.
