I'm voting republican because our family values can be found>>>>>>>in the men's rest room in a public airport, or in the vice-president's office, or in Karl Rove's office.

Also because I like to push the >>>>>>>>>>>>> button. Yeah, that too.

And also because the Iraq mission was accomplished years ago and we are now just teaching the world a lesson they will never forget>>>>>>>>>>> that the mission was really accomplished, really.

I also do not care what Rush says.

Then go ahead and vote for your BOZO COMMIE candidate. After he doubles your taxes. Destroys the Military and kisses up to our enemies and bans your guns, you liberal pukes can have a love fest with all the other anti American dirt bags who think America is responsible for the worlds evil and the spotted owl is more important than babbies. You clowns actually BNELEIVE all of Al Snores Global warming B.S. and can't see that the U.N. and all the America haters want to use this garbage in order to turn the U.S. into a third world $#!t hole! Oh yea we're gonna have "FREE" health care like the rest off the world where people DIE on waiting list to have surgery and it takes months to see a doctor. You can't see the difference when the Republicas boot out the perverts in their ranks while your liberal socialist party EMBRACES them. I am not in LOVE with the GOP and I am upset with their attempts to water down their core conservative beliefs, but I'm not about to support the God hating, anti American, babby butchering, terrorist loving, gay hugging, gun grabbing, walfare pushing, scum bag party! Bush has greatly disappointed me in some areas, but he is head and shouldserrs above the POS that running against him. You "Bush Derangement Syndrone" sufferes are so busy foaming at the mouth with your hatred of Bush that you wouldn't know REAL EVIL it it bit you in the @$$!

Slider...calm down. You know what needs to be done.

You need to start, at least vote for, a third party. If the Republican Party had any real core conservative belief, why would it change.... and water it down?

It is weak. No real, tough, conservative backbone. You have known it for years.

Moderation is the problem and you know it. Always has been.

The Republican party left you. And you know just who the problem is. Same as always. You understand.

The real evil to the party is the co-called moderate Republican. Always has been.

You know what needs to be done.

2str8; Got your facts wrong again. Mortgage bit started back in Billy Bob's term. Check the donation records and you might be surprised which heads of companies supported the Dems. I believe the Demo congress is proposing the bail out over Bush's objections. But when did the truth ever matter to you and your kind.

1)I will vote republican so I can run superlarge mortgage oraganizations without regulations, even if it means the taxpayers will have to bail me out. (again and again) I dont care if people's homes are at stake or not. As long as the republican owners still make tens of millions per year.
    Fact:
Freddie Mac is a stockholder-owned company established by Congress in 1970 to support homeownership and rental housing.
Fannie Mae was created in 1938, under President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

2)I will vote republican so corporate welfare will continue to push a greater burden on taxpayers. I don't care if I am an oil company or a drug company, I want the tax breaks my lobbiest bought. I will vote republican because I want to pay no taxes, but want more refunds instead. I will vote republican because I think the CEO of companies they run into the ground (Gm Ford etc) should still make millions of dollars for running their companies into the ground. I will vote republican so I can set up monopolies in the drug and pharmacutical, insurance and aerospace industries and charge people more than anyone could dream of and do it without a gun! I will vote republican so I can have more of this great economy for me and my kids. So we don't have to worry about having any extra money because gas and food will eat up what the health insurance companies don't get.
    Fact:
The Republican Party, led by House Republican Minority Whip Newt Gingrich campaigning on a Contract With America, were elected to majorities to both houses of Congress in the Republican Revolution of 1994. Their majorities were generally held until the Democrats regained control in the mid-term election of 2006. Democrats controlled Congress for 30+ years before 1994.

3)I will vote republican so we can continue to spend 2 billion a week on a war we can not win and sit around in Iraq letting our children die because of some roadside bomb.
    Fact:
    AFGHANISTAN (TITLE XV) FUNDING PROVISIONS
    Total Funding: $19.9 billion
    Personnel: $750 million
    Operations & Maintenance: $11.8 billion
    Procurement: $3.7 billion
Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation (RDT&E): $60 million
    Other: $3.3 billion

    IRAQ (TITLE XVI)FUNDING PROVISIONS
    Total Funding: $49.625 billion
    Personnel: $2.25 billion
    Operations & Maintenance: $37.2 billion
    Procurement: $10.5 billion
Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation (RDT&E): $140 million
    Other: $810 million

Keep telling yourself that we are not winning and Democrats will make it happen!

4)I will vote republican so that we get so far in debt, some braindead republican president just sells the whole country to China instead of paying our bill.
    Fact:
    Congress authorizes spending.

5)I will vote republican, so that old people who outlive their savings, who can't afford the medical bills that their insurance won't cover and medicare won't either and that they lose their homes and life savings. I will vote republican so I can say tough $h!t-they should have made more money when they worked.
    Fact:
Homestead exemption laws typically have three primary features:

    They prevent the forced sale of a home to meet the demands of creditors;
    They provide the surviving spouse with shelter;
They provide an exemption from property taxes which can be applied to a home.

You belive that government should take care of you from cradle to grave?

6)I will vote republican so that my neighbor's son can die in Iraq or Afganistan and have nothing to show for it.
    Fact:
    It's an all volunteer military

7)I will vote republican so another chowder head can do more damage to this country that Alfred E Bush didnt get done in the last 8 years.
    Fact:
Since Democrats have taken control of Cogress their approval rating is single didget, inflation has gone up, gas has gone up and the housing market has taken a dump.

8)I will vote republican because I don't believe the world is polluted. I will lock myself in my garage with the engine running because Rush told me that the earth will heal itself and carbon monoxide is not dangerous to anyone in any amount. I will vote republican because....boy this is kinda fun. Have a good nite. Fire away. 2str8

The sky is falling chicken little?

2str8, your answer is more government control?

    Thanks,
    Scott

So you really are going to vote Republican!

Since it does not take a genius to see the housing bubble burst then all those poor folks that got taken advantage of should not be bailed out? It was their whining to their Congressman that started this bailout. It was Congress (Democrat controlled) that set up Freddie Mac. Congress believes that by helping these companies they will save the people that you say are not smart enough to see what you knew would happen.

The troops do not have a say in when, where or how many times they go anywhere. That's why we have command structure in the military. If you get drafted you still do not get to decide. BTW it is the military that allows all of us to live in a free society.

All I have to say about your last paragraph, get government out of the way of free enterprise, lower my taxes and let me decide how best to spend my own money. Yes if a private company fails, government should not be there to give free handouts. Remember, it was a Democrat in Congress and his comments that started the run on Indy Mac Bank.

    Scott

Maybe your right, I did waste my time, because you just don't get it.

2str8, who was president when the twin towers were bombed the first time? Who was president when we were attacked several times around the world in the 90s? Bush is having to deal with terrorism because your uncle billy refused to fight back.

Uncle Billy was busy entertaining and getting BJ's in the White House. How could he have time to check out what was happening over seas? The do gooders and the politically correct have ruined this country plain and simple. Bring back capital punishment and make all states concealed carry along with closing the borders after we ship out every person that wants to bitch about the U.S.A. and lack of the free ride they believe the government owes them. They can have a free ride right out uf this country to wherever their little hearts desire but quit ruining this country for the men and women who made the sacrafices that have given us our freedoms. You don't like it here move on cause we all know there are governments that love to take care of you from birth to grave. It is time we take responsibility for where we are in our lives and quit waiting for hand outs. I know the Democrates hate that but the time is here and now. If you are broke go to work and if you are working, spend what you make not what you wished you made. Simple philosophy huh. Well not if you are a Dumbocrat.

As a Republican, I am confused. I thought Rush was on our side.

And then Bush talks about a time table for getting out, just like BHO. Like McCain is not in the picture.

I don't like deficits and war w/o end.

Someone said that there are only two choices. Well, there are three.

    Not voting.

We have no real choice. Its republican or we go down to socialism. Of course the "not up to snuffers" will enjoy socialism as they have no incentive to produce anyway

Waa Waa. Do people that make $35,000 per year honestly believe that they can afford a $250,000 house? "The big, mean banker said I could." Caveat emptor! Quit blaming business and government for your woes and accept some responsibility for being ignorant. We have become a nation of babies, needing our hands held for our entire lives.

Government is never the awnser...therefore I will never vote Democrat.

Well, flincher, let me qualify my statement. Of course we need police and fire protection. But don't build your home in an area prone to fires, or hurricanes, or mudslides, or floods and run to the government with your hand out when disaster strikes. What I'm saying is the government is not, nor should it be, our nanny.

I contribute to medicare and social security like everybody else. I'm not expecting much of it when I retire. The government has done a swell job of running those programs; don't you think?

I served in the military. Did you?

The mail service works, barely. The roads in California are a joke.

My electrical provider is a private corporation.

I am a patron of our local library system. My wife and I write a nice check every year, and donate new books. Again, how about you?

Yes I do want the rich to get richer. Everytime one of those rich guys walks in to the shop and buys a nice gun or any other item from us it keeps me in a job and just maybe one day I will be one of those rich people. BTW just what is your definition of rich, I need to know so when I get there I can let you know.

Like your groups constant attack on the 2nd ammendment? As far as I'm concerned foreign combatants do not get constitutional rights.

The tillions in debt will never change as long as Congress continues to spend like drunken sailors. At least the sailor will run out of money. Congress just taxes us more so they can spend more.
