When scrolling down the threads to find I that want to read, every so often the threads jump up and I lose my place on how far down the list of threads I have scrolled.

Why does this happen and how can I avoid losing my place in the list of threads?

I can understand one thread jumping to the top when someone adds to it but why does the whold screen jump "down" actually putting the recently added thread on the top of the list?

You guys are brutal. All kidding aside, it has to do with gravitational pull of the moon effecting the orbit of the Earth and thus causing the change in post position on the Trapshooters.com forum. HMB

Because the thread has been "freshened", making all other threads "staler". Sqeeze them and see. ;-)

If you use the back button on your browser you will return to the same place on the list as when you opened the thread.

If you use the "Back to the Trap Discussion Web" option you will return to the top of the threads.

Posting a reply also bumps you back to the top.

I was told to check my refresh interval from a suggestion by TC. The intgerval was set for one minute and I reset it to 5 minutes. I think that fixed things.
