Would any of you hire this guy to do anything other than night janitor work or loading boxcars, if that?

Brian, he is a nice guy that probably has self esteem issues.

    Quit picking on him.

I would hire him, but he just doesn't quite fit in with our staff.

Even the cleanest one with the stud in the lower lip says to me: "JERK"
    No, I wouldn't hire him.
You cannot have that look in any kind of successful retail environment.
He is relegated to a back room forever, and may well "whine," that he is a hard worker........it won't matter.

As a guy with several tatoos myself, what in Sam Hell would possess someone to do that crap to their face?? There is no hiding that for interviews or anything else.

Maybe every time he changed his shirt, he didn't like the look, so he went back to the tattoo parlor for an "upgrade".

Well, if he took the stud out of his lower lip, cleaned off the beard, he'd look just like most of the young city cops and Hwy patrol officers I see.

    Brian:

I'm guessing you're asking about the boy's employment prospects because most of us ts.c types assume a job to be an important prerequisite for income. That isn't true in the utopian world of obummer and his socialist soul mates.
In the eyes of Progressives, people with income are merely cash cows whose purpose is supporting the non-working lifestyles of societal parasites.

That's because 'economic justice' is a core value of the Progressives. It's the process where the government confiscates 'excess income' from productive members of society and gives it to those who won't work. Income redistribution is another term for it. Of course, Progressives count on the politically ignorant. Lofty sounding terms like economic justice provides them cover. However, behind the phoney rhetoric, one quickly discovers economic justice is neither economic nor justice.

So... I'm not inclinded to assume to much about the overly inked individual in your photos. He might be a hard working, self-supporting, productive member of society. OTOH, he may be another parasite with an entitlement mentality.

Here'a a rhetorical question... Assuming he's in the latter group, what (other than ink and piercings) would distinguish him from an average member of a government employees' union?

This economy is really tough for everyone, silly kids with hardware in their faces do not have a prayer, esp. if they project any negative attitudes. I worked at a job fair and there was a couple kids that looked like the pictures that were openly making fun of some very polite geeky kid with a fresh haircut, a cheap suit, and a little vinyl covered briefcase. They must have known him from high school. I told the jokers that the geeky kid will probably get a job today, and they better get used to kissing his butt, because if they ever get a job, the geeky kid will be their boss. They didn't like it, but I know I told them the truth.

On the other side, the computer service at my local best buy is a 6'3" transgender person with a crappy attitude and will not even go through the motions of being polite or competitent in the computer field. I am told it is illegal and too difficult to fire him? or her? ...er whatever.

Hey, as a human he has a right to use his student loans how he feels best suited for himself. He is obviously an exotic, self declared artist waiting to be discovered. I admire his creative side and wish him well in his future career as a junkie or a lizard.

I bet your daughters think he's hot. NOT!!!

He can get a job at a Farm, scaring birds and other pests away from the veggies. Notice I said veggies, we know where the "FRUIT" is.

He or they have been in the joint. If not, they soon will be visiting the cross bar hotel.
