Who pays the R J Stuart fees etc? Is that a charge paid by the states, clubs, or the ATA? It came up in a conversation tonight and I didn't know.

    Thanks in advance.

I heard a rumor, and I admit it is strictly "hearsay", but I was told that PA gives the $2.00 per position pre-squadding fees to Bob Stuart for his services at their major tournaments.

Remember, guys.............I DID type that it was "hearsay". I cannot confirm that.
