1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

Who makes a rib for plain (rib-less) barrel?

    Anyone know who to call if I want to buy a rib that can be attached, say, with double-sticky tape, to a rib-less, plain barrel? Thanks.

    Brownells has a rib that is glued on with a very strong epoxy glue. I've done two field guns with these ribs and they are very easy to do and come out looking professionally done. Tom

    Numrich sells some ribs. 28" I think is the longest. I have put them on with both 3M double sided tape used for auto mouldings and Black RTV silicone. If it needs to be removed you use fishing line and there is no damage to the barrel.
