Who makes a replacement system for a BT-99 plus ?

    Who makes a better replacement stock recoil system for the BT-99 plus ?
    I E mailed Timney Trigger who I thought used to make one but no response. Thanks

    best bet is to get a standard recoil reucer. call Ken at "BUMP BUSTER" OR GET Oone of the others Gracoil etc. the browning thing had a history of failure.
    Personally, I use the bumpbuster system and really love it.

    I tried one that had a Gracoil on it, much better than the original on my Plus gun. Steve

    Here ya go. Allen is in the nursing home, but his invention lives on at Wright's.

    It's at the bottom of the page, and worth the money. In fact, it's $50 cheaper than when I bought mine. Good luck.

    When you finally get the unit in your Plus, say a prayer for Allen.

    What is the stock "wood" length on a BT-99 plus without including the butt plate or recoil unit? Bill

    bill 2 I measure 11 7/8'' from the trigger to the end of the stock.

    I also get 13 7/16" from the edge of the wood at the butt to the vertical wood at the receiver. Sorry I took so long, had to get it out of the safe.
