and only 95 in Vandalia Ohio ... not to much different than Sparta ... heck it aint all that bad out there.

I wonder what our parents used to do when they were our age? Could be a reason why there were so many children conceived during the winter than in the summer.

High heat and low humidiy makes for better breaking targets ... its a fact ... the targets get dry and brittle for more spectacular breakage.

I couldn't make to the Grand this year. But in Sacramento, CA we just set the
record for the coolest days since recordings, 1876 or something like that. Below 80 high. Chilly at night. - Jim

The original photo could be when the Bhuddist (sp?) monks in Viet Nam protested the regime of Diem by immolating themselves in downtown Saigon, back around 1962. The pictures made a big impression on a young adolescent (now 57). What a world we live in!

BigBore613 ... been there before and nice facilities. To bad that old (or young) geezer fart complained about shot falling on his yard/house and the end fields were shut down. Has anything changed over that?

Oh yeah nice new (newer) gate, dang thing will definitely keep them trap shooters out. ;-))))))

Hey Lump, we have put a second trap field in and are waiting on two new superstar wobbles. The shot fall was falling in a mutually owned pond from the first two skeet feilds. Now we just use them for shoots. Jeff

I thought it was shot falling upon his house or yard but a pond is understandable as well ... but still it is quite stupid. That water around there from what I can remember was really murky and almost swampish. Lead in the water might actually have helped something to grow, maybe monsterishly in nature but it would have maybe helped it to grow.

The new traps still aint in? When they do get there are ya'll going to voice release or still tickle the pickle to throw the bird?
