Can anyone recommend from personel experience someone that jewels monoblocks? I would like to have a couple of barrel monoblocks and ejectors jeweled. Are the do-it-yourself kits from Brownells any good and do you need a machinist vise to keep the spacing correct? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I think Midway USA sells a jig that allows you to do this with just a hand drill.

Like P3AT, I've heard a pencil eraser works well for this service.

I used an INK pen eraser to touch up the jeweling on a gun many years ago and it turned out really nice ... I think there is also an attachment you can get for a Dremel tool that works reasonably well ... Take you time and you can do it ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
