    Just a simple question.

Would you rather be a champion at the Grand or the Cardinal Classic?

Recently at the Southern Zone Shoot (Silver Dollar in FL) we had a "D" Class shooter break a 199 and then run 100 straight in shoot off. His opponent (AAA shooter) tired and dropped out. This worked out well because the next in line "D" shooter is a sub junior and he took home the D trophy. Marc

Shorty, My jaw and cheek bones hurt from laughing at this one. But wait... there I was..... shooting off with Brad at Cardinal for the championship and then I think... Kiner said he would trade one of his 400x400's for a GAH win...what the hell I am doing here? Jr

Jr., didn't Phil say he'd trade about 30 of his 100s from the max for Bob M.s 100 at the GAH? methinks

SS, trophies at either is hard to come by and well earned, I'd prefer the Grand American trophies any day! :)

Tough question so a simple one back - is the Cardinal still giving out flashlights for trophies?

After reading this, I'd have to say, it isn't the question that's simple.

Hey Gary....the Cardinal and the ATA probably get their trophies from the same flea market. It just amazes me on how tacky these trophies are....

I agree trophies at Cardinal are tacky. One kid shot well and got a picture frame. He was upset. Another friend also got a picture frame for a 95 in caps. Terrible trophies. If they showed pictures of trophies no one would go.

This what i got for breaking a good score in handicap. Spending $1800 in air fare motels and entry fees etc. Still can't tell what it is geese or turkeys. Try to get this on an airplane? My friend got a duck made in China.

Well, I see that most of you understood the question.

One of these days the rest will understand that the Grand American is an event and not a place. I'd love for one of the naysayers to go up and tell someone that his/her win at the Grand is somehow tainted because it happened at Sparta instead of Vandalia.
