When reloading remington STS shells, for shooting singles with 1 1/8 of # 8 shot, and green dot powder--which Claybuster wad would be good to use, just from the 16 yd line ???

I prefer the Remington TGT12S (stitched) for 1 oz and the Remington FIG8S for 1 1/8 oz as I load on a MEC grabber and the Claybuster equivalents have difficulty going through the MEC wad guide.

If you must use Claybusters, then the CB4118 is the way to go for 16 yard shooting.

Automatic adequate wads from CB would be the CB 1118-12 copy of the white AA wad and the CB 0118-12 orange that is also a AA copy but usually at a discounted price. Nothing wrong with the Rem. clones either.....Bob Dodd
