Just got a new Perazzi sporting clays gun (31.5 inch). I want to get an americase (or equivalent) for it and need to decide which one. I use both the wood stock and a PFS and have 15.5 LOP. Is the 3017 the right one to buy or is there a better choice?

The Americase web site provide fairly good dimensions for each gun case including the size stock and barrel that will fit into each case.

hi bradhe, i make the colorado custom case and might have something that will work for you.

our classic-1 case has a compartment for the bbl, a compartment for the forearm, a compartment for the reciever, and a compartment with a lid for accessories. the barrel in this case lays on the side. this is our most compact, thinnest case we build.

our mach-1 case has a compartment for the bbl, a compartment for the forearm, a compartment for the reciever. and a compartment with a lid for accessories. the barrels stand up in this case. the mach series are a little wider and have extra room in the reciever area for large or unusal stock dimintions.

regular price on either case $325.00 plus shipping. either case is on sale now for $275.00 delivered to the lower 48 states. this sale is a limited time offer.

Americase builds a nice case and I am sure you would be happy, I have one that I have used for years. However I recently bought another case from Doug at Colorado Custom, and I can honestly say I like it better. He put alot more thought into it, and gives you great personal attention. Give him a try and if you are not happy I will buy the case from you.
