Where do you look?

    Shoot where you look. But, where do you look? See the lead and look there, or see the target and swing through? Both seem to work I seem to do better seeing the lead, but have to be careful not to stop the gun. So is it whatever works for you or is there a consensus among the best shooters?

    Trapshooting is a "Swing Through" game but Skeet and Sporting Clays have different techniques.

    I have always used the adage of shoot where you look to mean that when you look at a point of aim, that is the point of impact. You always look AT the target. Earl Scripture and Frank Little both said,"look at the front edge of the target. not the target"
