Here in the MS delta we haven't seen huge numbers of ducks come through yet. Thought I might ask on this forum to see if there are still good numbers north of us, hopefully there is. We had a good hunt the past two mornings but the season has been slow before that. So how is the hunting everywhere else?

Our season has been really slow not to mention strange.
We have lots of pintails but no teal.

Maumee river (Ft. Wayne to Toledo) is just freezing now. A couple weeks after the last big blow up North we starting seeing massive flocks of Geese and Sandhills. We never see many duck here, but I'd bet their hungup north of you. See what this Southern storm brings down

Western Pa and North western WV. We've been seeing tons of geese and really good numbers on ducks. Killed 9 mallards and 2 blacks yesterday. Saw a ton of geese but they stayed away.

Central and eastern Pennsylvania has been slow. Was on the Ohio river in West Virginia for the last two days. It's void of any flight ducks and we only scrounged up 16 geese.

Out west here in Utah the season has been fair. We need water! We had a couple of good mallard shoots. Lots of Pintails late in the season

Plenty of ducks down here in FL. The bay bay plenty, the lakes are as full as past years. Just need to find more time to go.

After the cold front blew through a few days ago, the few ducks that we had, left. I suspect they are sunning themselves in South TX or Mexico

Charles, we got 0 Saturday morning just south of Yazoo City. Very few ducks in the south delta there. Went to Isola and had a great hunt Sunday. Hundreds of birds in the air!

There's 200 plus ducks sitting on our 5 acre pothole right now. Of course the season ended last week for duck.

I'm a Sea Duck Guide up here in the North East (Mass.) The season went from 103 days for ever to 60 days this year ,limits were 7 (separate from the daily duck bag limit) this year it's 5, I'm told next year it will be 4 and a shorter season ,
We have birds DYING AT SEA from a virus similar to triple E, SO UNFORTUNATELY IT'S NOT GOOD UP HERE!!!
IMO the ducks are " A NATURAL BAROMETER " for some bad ECOLOGICAL NEWS TO COME!!!!
VERY SAD, BOSTON HARBOR USED TO BE "MECCA"
