My sweetie absolutely goes nuts on the whole Christmas deal. Decorations, music etc. That being said, she reluctantly takes the whole shebang down the first part of January. Some "winter decorations" stay until March. Bill

day after, no later than the next weekend. Outside lights stay up but not turned on until taken down on the first 45 degree day or so...

Didn't put one up this year. Our grand children and their parents moved to the Boston area. Just didn't feel like Christmas. Bummer.

We have one more winter storm coming in tonight so I started this morning taking lights down outside. Now that I started that and done have all the outside lights down I moved on to the tree. So I should have it all put away by tomorrow some time.

Usually a day or two after New Year's Day. Or, to put it simply, when my bride tell me to take it down. LOL

New Years Day, usually. When my Ukrainian step-father in law was alive we'd keep it up until Ukrainian Christmas on Jan. 7.

I have one of these 2.5 foot trees on a table. Keep it there all year long with the lights turned off. Starting the day after Thanksgiving the lights are turned on, and lights turned off on Jan. 2nd. To much hassel to move it as it weighs about 3 lbs.
