AA cf hull, 20 gr Green Dot, 7/8 shot, WAA12L Claybuster clone wad, Winchester 209 primer = 1300 fps, full choke. Recoil is nil and if I happen to be pointing where I'm looking it does a great job.

18.5 grains of American Select, 1-1/8 shot, Claybuster AA 1-1/4 clone wad. This combination allows enough room for a nice crimp. There are probably other wads that will work just as well. The AA 1-1/8 wad doesen't have quite enough room though.

AA old style hull, Windjammer / Tournament1 wad, 1 1/8 ounce of soft no.8 TG shot, 19.3 grains of regular Clays, and Winchester 209 primer. This is the only load I use for all yardage. Ray

19.6 grains shows 1200 feet per second. I load a little light and also about 1 or 2 BBs less in case I ever were to get challenged.

If you shoot 8's and you EVER dust a target, just remember....you could have used 7.5's.

In the unlikley event you ever dust a target with 7.5's, just tell yourself, "Damn! I wish they'd let me use 6's."

17-17.5 grains Promo/Red Dot, Nobel Sport primer, DRXL 1 1/8 blue wad, and 1 1/8oz of hard 8's.

Tho recently I tried 17.5 grains or Titegroup and when my supply of Promo runs out I may just switch to Titegroup since I'll be using it for caps loads. Both shoot great for me.

If you are going to use the AAHS Hull with 1 oz, then then Downrange DRA-12 without any hesitance, it just fits better. I like Clay Dot with 18.6 grains, my chrono they run at 1250fps

18.1 grains of International Clays, Windjammer 1 1/8 oz. wad, Winchester 209 Primer, #8 shot. Right at 1145 fps and no kick, patterns great.
