    What

I have read many and am always looking for another, maybe more interesting perspective. If you haven't read any sports psychology books, what is the best trap book you read?

While there are many out there, the only one that really gets to the core is "With Winning In Mind" by Lanny Bassham. If you have not yet read it, you owe it to yourself to pick up a copy and go through it.... Just my opinion... Dan Thome (Trap2)

"Thinking Body..Dancing Mind." by Chungliang Al Huang and Jerry Lynch.
"Taosports for extraordinary performance in Athletics, Business and Life."

This book never mentions Trap or shooting, but once you understand the main point, the book will help with focus and concentration.
It was recommended by a Famous Trap Shooter's wife...also well known...
    Stay thirsty my friends....

The Breakout Principal...the author's last name is Benson. Not specifically for trap, but a good read on how to succeed.

"The Inner Games of Tennis"....same author as sherry 2310 said. It's directly related to the mindset for winning at trap.
