I'd like to know too. I got a set of lenses fro Mike in Vernal a week ago, and I noticed Thurs that it looked like a crack was starting from the notch, I ws going to use them Sat. morning, but the crack found it's way all the way up & out. Had about a 3/8" piece fall off. Tried to call them this morning and got the same thing.

I talked with two shooters in past two weeks and both of them had lens's crack where they fit into frames at the notch. One person called them and they said they would replace-no problem-but as of friday they did not send them back to the shooter yet.Not sure what the second guy did. Both guys have several diff colored lenses and change them around often. That may be key.

I have a pair also in Rx and I have transition lenses and NEVER change them to anything else and after two years I do not have any cracks or problems-I love mine !!
