I once tried 'em in a .22 revolver. It was a S&W Mod. 53. It shot .22 Rem Jet centerfire ammo plus .22 LR when you put the inserts in the chambers. I put the primers into the inserts and set the hammer for centerfire. LOUD! .....Rick

    I have 400 97*, 700 CCI 157 and 400 CCI 209.

The 97* has a price tag of $1.49 on it!

    Anyone need them?

I have some 3 inch 20 guage hunting shells that use them. That project is on hold, plus I might have enough.

Also if you have any the Green Remington "Express" hunting loads, they used them but I don't know if they changed later. We used to just smash a 209 into the hole.

They're always handy at hunting camps. All it takes is 8 or 10 tossed into the wood stove to get folks excited.
