what size ratchet wrench adaptor is needed???

    Hello:
    anyone know what size adaptor is needed to put on my ratchet wrench to take my stock off a beretta al 2 trap gun? also, is it metric or american the adaptor that is needed?

    If it's the same as my 686 Beretta, it's a 6mm allen wrench.

    I went to Sears and bought a set of 3/8 inch drive socket allen wrenches with a 6mm in it that fits like a glove.

    Mine is 19mm, but a thin wall 3/4" will work fine.

    My 390 Beretta takes a 13mm socket to remove the stock nut. John

    You need a thin wall socket and all my 303's are 3/4"

    have not heard from you in awhile. none of these sizes worked on my beretta al2. i made a tool myself. none of the sockets would fit deep enough to remove the nut. thanks for trying to help me.
