I hear some folks say they are unlike anything else.

What is the salient feature that supports this conclusion?

Is it the triggers, the balance, the mojo, what?

    Same for Blasers.

    thanks

For ATA and NSSA, they ARE unlike anything else. Not only is the gun legendary, but so is the service when you deal with the folks at Krieghoff Intl'.

Overpriced with no engraving makes it special. Add a high rib and call that special

I've owned 2 K guns. The triggers are excellent, and so is the service.

I think that is why people like them.

Just traded my K-80 skeet special (07 model)in on a Perazzi MX-8 Lusso 2 barrel skeet combo, tried to talk to krieghoff, acted like I was bothering them, same with Kolar ,perazzi folks much nicer, the triggers are better and it looks better. Dan Witcher

sarge says the only gun i have seen hold up to a k-80 is the other k gun. apparently he has never heard of a winchester model 12,, will probably outlast both k guns together.. dwain

It may be one of the most reliable guns around, excellent triggers, etc.

But it is STILL OVERPRICED! Dealers get a 28-42% profit margin!

As much as I love Model 12's I'd have to disagree with dbc61451. My K80 is a much better gun than my Model 12. Of course my K80 is a heck of a lot more expensive.

K-guns may seem overpriced, but remember part of that is caused by the devaluation of the Dollar compared to the Euro. Just have to wait 'til the Euro tanks in the next cycle, whenever that will come.

Anyway, I have always been impress by the K-80's and K-32's ability to interchange barrels with little or no fitting. Further, for a dedicated singles and handicap gun, I think its hard to beat the features, durability and simplicity of a KX-5 or KS-5 special.

For me I just happen to like my k32 5bbl set better than any thing I've ever shot before. 5 barrel? I shoot trap with mine also.

I got perazzi's,kreighoff's,beretta's and lesser known guns but to be honest ,k-80's feel like a 2x4 in my hands, the beretta's are a little better but I just like the way the p-guns handle as far as balance and pointability if there is such a thing---all are fine guns.

The excess weight of the Krieghoffs make them work well at the slow games, but in the big leagues of today's Olympics, you never see one. It's mostly Perazzi with a little bit of Beretta. Even the German team shoots Perazzi.

Yes, I like the way the Perazzi handles better than the Krieghoff, too. For the Perazzi, though, I prefer a Precision trigger over the factory.

Krieghoff owners make their Krieghoffs Special. If you have to ask you have never shot one for any period of time.

Blaser is very interesting to me as everything is interchangable and there is no fitting required. This is true for rifles and shotguns. Really a neat line of guns. If I still hunted a lot, I am certain I would have one of their rifles.
