I also carry in mine some pain med's and heartburn tablets. The food at some shoots require both.

Along with afore mentioned shooting supplies I also have to have room to store lip gloss
Perfume makeup. Rubber bands for pony tails and other necessary items as the little woman is normally shooting right along side of me

Besides some of the items listed above, I carry a few bandaids and a 6" copper plumbing pipe filled with shot (both ends taped) to knock out stuck wads.

Spacers, glasses and lenses, lens cloth, lightpipe sight and tubes, blinders, ear plugs, visor, the shells that I'm going to shoot, choke tubes that I need, notepad and pen, car keys, water bottle, allen wrench set, small screwdriver, rem oil packages, neck cooler, barrettes, shooting coupons, shooting pins, shooting gloves, and a couple of my belt buckle trophies.

And if it's going to rain, then I stuff my rain gear in there, too.
